If you remember your current password and wish to change it :
° From the mobile application: - Open the left-hand pane via the ☰ side menu at the top left of your screen, - Go to "Settings" - Then "Account" - And "Change password"
° From the website: - On the home page, press "My account" - Then "Account Settings". - Scroll to the bottom of the screen and enter the current password. - Then enter the new password twice.
If you have forgotten your password, you must log out of your account (Check "Logging out"):
° From the mobile application : - Click on "I already have an account". - Then "Reset password". - And enter your login email address. - A reset link valid for 24 hours will be sent to you. If the e-mail is in your spam folder, move it to your inbox so you can click on the link. You may also need to specify that the mail is legitimate. - Open the link and enter your new password, 2 times.
° From the website : - From the login page, press "Reset password." - And enter your login e-mail address. - A reset link valid for 24 hours will be sent to you. If the e-mail is in your spam folder, move it to your inbox so you can click on the link. You may also need to specify that the mail is legitimate. - Open the link and enter your new password, twice.
⚠ ATTENTION: your password must be at least 6 characters long, and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number, WITHOUT any special characters.
You will then receive confirmation of the change by e-mail, and will be able to reconnect to your account.
