How to cancel my Premium offer ?

° If you have subscribed to the Premium offer by credit card, you can cancel it from the website.

To do so, log on to the website here -> https://phone.onoff.app 
Go to "My Account" and then "My Subscription".

Cancel your Premium package

° If you have subscribed to the Premium offer from the mobile application, you must cancel it directly in the settings of your store (Google Play or Apple Store).

As a reminder, porting a number, deleting a number or even an account does not cancel an auto-renewal subscription.
⚠ ATTENTION: Account deletion will automatically cancel your Premium subscription.

Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will be able to continue using Premium features until the expiry date of the current period.
