Block or unblock a number

(From the mobile application only)

You can block a number so you won't be bothered again.

If the number is saved in your Onoff phonebook:
From the Home screen, go to the "Contacts" tab.
Select the number you wish to block (you can use the search function).
Then press the 3 dots at the top of the screen to access the blocking options.
Do the same to unblock it.

If this number is not registered:
° From your call history, press the small "i" in "information" for iOS or the caller icon for Android,
Then press the 3 small dots at the top of the screen to access the blocking options.
To unblock, do the same.
° From your message history, open the conversation,
Then press the icon at the top right of your screen, or the caller icon for Android,
Then press the 3 small dots at the top of the screen to access the blocking options. The same applies to unblocking.

You can consult the list of blocked numbers in "Settings", "Application settings" and "Blocked numbers".
For your information, it is not possible to block a hidden number.
