To delete your account from the mobile application:
- Go to "Settings",
- Then click on "Account".
- Select "Delete my account".
- Follow the step-by-step instructions until the deletion is complete.
To delete your account from the website:
- Go to "My account",
- Then "Account Settings".
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen,
- Select the reason for deletion,
- Confirm with "Delete account".
- Then let us guide you step by step through the deletion process.
⚠ ATTENTION: This operation entails the definitive and irreversible loss of your number(s) and all data associated with your account!
As a reminder, porting a number, deleting a number or even an account does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription. To cancel your subscription, please refer to the article "Cancel my automatic renewal".
