From the mobile application :
On opening, the application offers you two choices: "Get started" or "I already have an account".
Choose "I already have an account" to access the login screen.
Enter your e-mail address and press "Continue",
Enter your password (feel free to press the little eye to see it) and press "Continue".
And that's it! You're now connected!

From the website :
If you're using our Premium package (check "Our Premium offer"), you can log in to your Onoff account from a computer via our website https://phone.onoff.app/ 
Enter your e-mail address and password, check the "I'm not a robot" box, then press "log in".
You're now connected!
