A number is national when it is from the same country as your SIM card. Otherwise it is international.
Why prices have changed
This change aligns our reference prices, in particular for customers who still had historical prices. It funds improvements to service reliability, communication security and quality across all platforms.
When the new price applies
- New subscription: from the moment you subscribe.
- Existing subscription: automatically, at your first renewal after July 1, 2026.
Your right to cancel
Under Article L224-33 of the French Consumer Code, if you do not accept the new terms, you can cancel your subscription at no cost and without penalty up to 4 months after they took effect. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or your store.
