Premium free trial: why was I still charged?

What the free trial covers

The free trial applies to the Premium subscription. Premium is an option linked to your account that adds advanced features such as access to the web app, login on several devices or Onoff Calls. See: How is the Premium offer billed?.

What it does not cover

The Onoff number is a subscription separate from Premium. Its purchase is charged as soon as you subscribe, including during the Premium trial period.

Example

You subscribe to a number and start the Premium trial on the same day: you pay for the number immediately. Premium is only charged at the end of the trial if you do not cancel it before.

Important

• Cancelling the Premium trial does not cancel the number subscription, and vice versa.
• Each subscription is managed separately, from your store or from the website depending on where you subscribed.
