What are Onoff Calls and how do I activate them?

Onoff Calls is a Premium feature that lets you make and receive calls over your mobile network (GSM), using Onoff's patented technology, even when your internet connection is weak or unavailable.

Activating Onoff Calls requires two conditions: an active Premium subscription and a French SIM card inserted in your phone.

To activate it: open the Onoff mobile app, tap "Settings", then "Call settings", and enable "Onoff Calls". Confirm your native number (the one linked to your SIM card) and allow access to your contacts when prompted.

If the option won't activate, check that you're subscribed to Premium and that your SIM card is French.
