How do I renew my Onoff number?

The renewal method depends on how your subscription is set up:

1. You're on manual renewal

From the mobile app:
Open the app and go to the settings under your number.
Go to Number Settings > Number Info.
Tap Renew and choose the plan you want to complete payment.

From a computer (Onoff Web):
Log in at https://phone.onoff.app/
Go to My Account > Settings > Billing.
Check your card details and confirm the renewal of your line.

2. You're on auto-renewal
Your store (Apple or Google) or our website automatically charges you on the due date. No action is required on your part.

If an automatic charge fails:
If your card has expired or the automatic payment fails, you must first cancel the auto-renewal in your store (iOS: Settings > Name > Subscriptions | Android: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions) before you can manually renew your number directly in the Onoff app.
