Onoff strongly condemns any use of its services for harassment, fraud, or identity theft.
However, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the confidentiality of correspondence, our customer service team is not authorized to share a user's identity, contact details, or message content with you, even if you are the victim.
Here's what to do:
Keep evidence: Take screenshots of the messages and call logs, and note down the exact Onoff number as well as the dates and times of the incidents.
File a police report: Go to your nearest police station to file an official report. You can also use your country's official online reporting platforms if available.
Judicial request: Once your report has been filed, the relevant authorities will send us a formal judicial request. In accordance with the law, Onoff fully cooperates with law enforcement and will provide all the identifying information needed for the investigation.
