How do I get a refund (Web purchases)?

Under our Terms & Conditions of Sale, purchases made on our website are subject to the legal right of withdrawal.

However, this right only applies if the service hasn't been used.
Once you've activated the number and started using it, the subscription is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund. This includes, in particular:
Making or receiving a call.
Sending or receiving a text message.
Using your number on a third-party service (WhatsApp, Vinted, Telegram, etc.).

If your refund request has been denied:
This means our systems detected usage on the line. Rest assured, your subscription remains active: you keep full use of your number until the end of the billed period, at which point it will end if you've cancelled its renewal.
