AI system analyzes incoming calls, messages, and voicemails from unsaved or hidden numbers. If a message is identified as commercial or suspicious, a specific warning is displayed directly beneath the content to ensure your safety.

• Subcategory: Unknown number.
• Warning Text: No text is displayed.
   

Commercial & Telemarketing Alerts
If the AI identifies a sender as a Telemarketer, the following subcategory and warning are applied:

• Subcategory: Commercial number.
• Warning Text: “This message appears to be from a salesperson attempting to sell you something you may not need. We advise you to be cautious before responding or engaging.”
   

Suspicious & Scam Alerts
If the AI identifies a sender as a Scammer, the warning text changes based on whether the message contains a link:

• Subcategory: Suspicious number.
• With a Link: “This message appears to be a commercial communication and could be from a scammer. For your safety, we strongly recommend that you do not click on any links or respond.”
• Without a Link: “This message appears to be a commercial communication and could be from a scammer. For your safety, we strongly recommend that you do not respond.”
   

Verification & Short Codes
For automated messages categorized as Short code numbers, we provide a reminder about personal security:

• Subcategory: Short code number.
• Warning Text: “This code is strictly personal! Never share it with anyone! Be careful, if someone asks for this code, it could be a scammer trying to steal from you. Onoff team members will never ask you for this code.”
   

Note: User can also manually label the number by clicking on 'bug' icon in the message thread.

In addition, user can validate and block the number manually.
