To ensure your safety, our Artificial Intelligence system automatically analyzes incoming calls, messages, and voicemails from numbers not saved in your contacts or that are hidden.
When a communication is identified as commercial or potentially dangerous, a security warning appears directly below the message content.
The Different Types of Warnings
Based on the Artificial Intelligence analysis, the system classifies the sender into a subcategory and displays an appropriate caution message to guide you.
| Detected Category | What the System Displays Below the Message |
|---|---|
| Unknown Number | No warning message is displayed. |
| Commercial Number (Telemarketing) | "This message appears to be from a seller trying to sell you something you may not need. We advise you to be cautious before responding or engaging." |
| Suspicious Number (Scam with a Link) | "This message appears to be a commercial communication and could be from a scammer. For your safety, we strongly recommend that you do not click on any links or respond." |
| Suspicious Number (Scam without a Link) | "This message appears to be a commercial communication and could be from a scammer. For your safety, we strongly recommend that you do not respond." |
| Short Number (OTP Verification Code) | "This code is strictly personal! Never share it with anyone! Beware, if someone asks you for this code, it could be a scammer trying to steal from you. Onoff team members will never ask you for this code." |
