° For purchases made via Google or Apple:

Your store is in charge of the billing system and we have no control over refunds.

If you have not yet used your number or the service and you are within the legal withdrawal period, we invite you to request a refund from your store.
You can do this directly from the purchase invoice, or contact your blind's support team directly for assistance.

⚠ ATTENTION: As a reminder, abusive refund requests (repeatedly) are considered a violation of the terms of our GCU's and may result in the blocking of your account.
