Can't make a call?

There are several possible reasons:

- You may have run out of credits or minutes on your main line package.
- You may have run out of Onoff credit: Buy and use Onoff credit
- You have not passed our identity verification system: Make the verification call
- The number you are calling may be incorrect or unreachable.
- You may have reached one of our limitations (Check the article "My communications are blocked").
- We may be experiencing technical difficulties.
