Make the verification call

ARCEP requires all French telephone operators to implement measures to identify their users for administrative and legal reasons.

As Onoff does not provide SIM cards, we have been required to register the "native" telephone number of all our users before authorizing access to our service.

To validate your newly purchased Onoff number, you must have a working SIM card that allows calls.
Make sure that the "hide my number" option is not active in your mobile's settings.
Follow the instructions displayed on the application when you try to make a call.
The application will automatically initiate a call via your SIM card, validating your Onoff number.
