My account is blocked!

This can happen if your password has been incorrectly entered too many times.

To unlock your account, please try resetting your password. You can do this using the "Forgot your password?" button on the app sign-in screen. An email containing instructions will then be sent to you. Open this email, follow the provided link and enter your new password.
