My communications are blocked

The following is a non-exhaustive list of usage limits considered abnormal:

- more than fifteen (15) calls in less than three minutes,
- any excessive use of the services,
- calls lasting more than 2 hours,
- the use of the application and/or services for a marketing campaign for commercial purposes, spamming, the provision of automated services,
- reselling or attempting to resell the Services to third parties,
- the transmission of calls or SMS to 500 or more distinct recipients over a period of 30 sliding days,
- the number of SMS received exceeds the number of SMS sent by more than 110 units.

This system has been put in place to prevent and avoid spamming.

If you have reached one of these limits, you must wait for your counter to reset to zero.

In the case of fair SMS exchange, after 110 sms sent without return, 1 sms sent will require 1 sms received to continue communicating.
