° For Android

- Go to "Play Store" and make sure you're on the main page.
- Press the profile icon in the top right-hand corner, to the right of the Google search box.
- Click on "Payments and subscriptions". The automatically renewable subscription is managed via your personal account on your Android device.
- Tap on "SUBSCRIPTIONS".
- Choose which subscription you wish to cancel and click on it.
- Press the "CANCEL" button of the chosen subscription. You have now cancelled your auto-renewable subscription.

⚠ ATTENTION: As a reminder, porting a number, deleting a number or even an account does not cancel an auto-renewal subscription.

° For iOS

- To view your current subscriptions and cancel, go to "Settings" on your iPhone or iPad,
- Touch your username at the top of the screen, then "Subscriptions", and select "Onoff" to modify or cancel.

⚠ ATTENTION: As a reminder, porting a number, deleting a number or even an account does not cancel an auto-renewal subscription.

° For the Web

- You can cancel your subscription 48 hours before its automatic renewal, in the Onoff web application, by scrolling down the "options" menu under your number:
Here's the link: https://phone.onoff.app/
- You can also delete your Onoff number from your account 48 hours before its automatic renewal.
This will cancel your auto-renewal subscription.
